Dear Valued Clients,
Due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have put in place new protocols to protect both our client's and our team's health and safety. We appreciate everyone's support and understanding during these unprecedented times.
We are now booking all appointments again which include vaccines, sick pets and nail trims. Please call the clinic to book an appointment. We are not accepting walk-in appointments. Once you arrive at the clinic, please call to check in. After check in, a vet tech or assistant will call you to take the history over the phone. Once this step is complete they will ask you to bring your pet to the front door. We are currently allowing 1 person to enter the clinic with the pet for the appointment, provided this person passes our verbal Covid screening and are willing to wear a mask in the clinic and use hand sanitizer upon entering.
Curb-side Pick Up
Curb-side pick up is still in place for food and medications. We ask that you call the clinic when you arrive in the parking lot. We will take payment over the phone or through portable debit machine, and one of our team members will bring your order outside.
Food & Medication Refills
We ask that you call ahead before arriving at the clinic for food and medication orders. For food orders, please give us 3 day's notice, in case we have to “special order" your food. For medications, we have a new policy in place. We ask that you call the clinic and give us a minimum of 24-48 hours notice for doctor approval to fill your medications.
